We are currently looking for an organized, experienced Real Estate Buyer’s Broker Support Specialist to assist the Broker/President, Stephen Carpenter-Israel. The Buyer’s Broker Specialist's responsibilities include working with the Broker’s homebuyers, setting up tours, showing homes, attending home inspections, preparing real estate contracts, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the closing process.

A part-time base salary is guaranteed. Hours and additional compensation will be included as demand and need changes. If you love real estate, but not the uncertainty of a commission-based salary, this may be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with President/Broker.

  • Meeting with buyer/clients.

  • Coordinating showings.

  • Preparing house tour materials that include neighborhood comparables.

  • Opening homes and condos for clients as needed.

  • Actively attending home and condo inspections.

  • Preparing real estate contracts and documents.

  • Preparing email correspondence and scheduling meetings.

  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.

  • Assisting with closing processes.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Loves working with homebuyers.

  • Hold residential real estate license.

  • Previous experience in residential real estate.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.
